FINAL REGISTRATION PROCESS
Final registration is made by the related institute student affairs, upon the applicant's personal application to the institute or the submission of the documents requested by the representative appointed by the notary public, on the registration date announced by the institute. If the candidate does not complete the final registration within the announced period, he loses his right to enroll in the graduate program.
In the final registration, the Turkish or English (foreign representative or notary approved) translations of the following documents must be submitted.

Documents Required for Final Registration;
a) An original copy or a copy approved by Notary or by Consulship of BS or MS diploma,
b) An original copy or a copy approved by Notary or by Consulship of BS or MS transcript, ALES, GRE or GMAT (optional),
c) Foreign language exam result for Doctorate programs
d)Turkish language certificate issued by ASÜ TÜRKÇEM or Yunus Emre Institute, if any, for graduate programs whose language of instruction is Turkish,
e) A copy of Passport (If it is not in English, its approved translation in Turkish),
f) 3 Photos(taken in the last six months),
g) Other documents requested by the Institute (If any)
